Salary Range: 10-12 mil IDR (Lead Teacher)
Salary Range: 5-7 mil IDR (Junior Teacher)

Responsibilities:
- Cast spells of fascination by creating an immersive and captivating learning environment where children eagerly explore the depths of the Chinese language and culture.
- Weave enchanting tales that transport young learners to magical realms, igniting their imagination and teaching them new vocabulary and grammar structures.
- Unleash your creative powers by incorporating various forms of magical arts into your lessons, encouraging children to express themselves and develop a profound understanding of Chinese characters and calligraphy.
- Embrace the power of play-based learning, encouraging active participation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, while ensuring an atmosphere of joy and engagement in the classroom.
- Craft spellbinding lesson plans and educational materials that align with our curriculum, utilizing interactive games, bewitching songs, and hands-on activities to make learning an unforgettable experience.
- Regularly assess and track the magical progress of each child, providing personalized feedback and support to ensure their continuous growth and development.
Qualifications:
- (For Lead Teachers Only) Lead and cultivate a team of Chinese teachers across multiple Indonesian cities.
- A passionate enchantress or sorcerer who possesses a deep love for children and a genuine desire to inspire their educational journeys.
- Proficient in the enchanting language of Chinese, both spoken and written, with a profound understanding of its magical cultural nuances.
- Mastery of mesmerizing teaching techniques, capable of captivating and holding the attention of young learners through your dynamic presence and mystical abilities.
- Previous teaching experience is highly valued, but aspiring magicians with a passion for early education are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to relocate to the cities mentioned above.
